Safaricom on the spot for ‘stealing’ bundles from clients

Published

on

Giant Telco Safaricom is on the spot following several claims from its subscribers that it is deliberately ‘stealing’ bundles from its clients.

Several Safaricom clients who reached out to Citizen Witness say that for example, the Telco gives 10GB bundles worth Kshs 1000 of which one is supposed to exhaust within one week, whereas their competitors give double the bundles at the same amount without time limits of when one is supposed to exhaust them.

The clients also say that whenever they call the Telco’s customer care service, all they get is lame excuses on how the charges for the bundles are done and now want the Giant Telco to stop ‘stealing’ bundles from them or ‘Wakiuke Safaricom altogether’.
